At Xakriondlydhor, we take pride in every handcrafted postcard we create. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
Standard Products
For our standard postcard collections and bundles:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom postcard orders:
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun
- Please review all proofs carefully before approval
- Changes cannot be made after design approval
- We provide digital proofs to ensure accuracy before printing
Damaged or Defective Items
If your postcards arrive damaged or with defects:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will replace the damaged items at no additional cost
- In some cases, a full refund may be offered
Natural Variations
Please understand that our postcards are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, texture, and print placement are inherent to the artisanal process. These variations are not considered defects and are part of what makes each piece unique.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange:

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your postcards for a different design:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
International Orders
For orders shipped outside of Canada:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Customs fees on returned items are not refundable
- Please mark returned packages as "Returned Goods"
